2 Packing


We often see the fish in frozen conditions and fed fresh fish ice cubes. Freezing fish used for fish mepertahankan nature. Freezing is usually done at a temperature of -12 C s / d -30 C because at this temperature the decay process stalled. For rapid freezing is done about 1-8 hours and slow freezing> 12 hours.
