As we have said on other occasions FePsh is a meeting of social organizations and institutions that work with homeless people and that we tackle the problem from different realities of social debrasseren exclusion and homelessness residential.
Entities FePsh our mission is to contribute to the prevention and eradication of social exclusion residential visibilitazant the reality of homeless people in developing advocacy work in front of the different public administrations, debrasseren promoting and facilitating the exchange of information and experiences and sensitizing the society as a whole.
The most important milestone of the European social policy in relation to residential and exclusion, is the recent approval as part of the Social Investment Package adopted by the Commission Euopea "Towaed Social Investment for Growth and Cohesion -including implementing the European Social Fund in 2014 -2012) document "Confronting Homelessness in the European Union" (read the document here: COMM_Social-investment-package_en (1)). This paper specifically designed debrasseren to combat homelessness, prioritizing policy development, improving governance and partnership development and measurement instruments homelessness. The proposals included then aim to respond to the realities and needs of the people we work with.
Highlights 4 12 fePsh proposals for a national strategy debrasseren to deal with homelessness: Improving employability and access to work developing an employment policy that attends to the peculiarities of people homeless. Ensuring access, support and guarantee fundamental human rights: non-discrimination, equality, participation, housing, health, education, employment, etc. [...] Promoting civic responsibility and the necessary cooperation in preventing and combating homelessness through awareness campaigns and awareness and a reorientation of discourse that is disseminated through the media. Allocated preferentially to hire a percentage of protected social resources currently allocated to public housing policies. [...]
Moreover, and always within debrasseren the European context, we would like to echo the document "A Europe debrasseren without poverty, exclusion or inequality" which recently presented the Table of third sector organizations, which are part there. The document is a set of 18 proposals aimed at parties and candidates present and ask that you include in their electoral programs and their parliamentary action in the next five years. debrasseren
