Can Maginàs / fats - Samson odd food Road: In the district of Can Maginàs on the current slope between residential buildings and the sports CEIP Antoni Gaudí, the plan proposes the creation of a linear block residential high variable (5 to 7 floors) with commercial activity on the ground floor, which extends and completes the front facade of the new avenue to approximately Samson Road, while restructuring the network of public spaces in the neighborhood, improving accessibility and range of commercial activities that is currently deficient.
